Greetings! My name is Heidi V. and I utilize art to help maintain a good mental balance.
I am excited to share with you the many artistic outlets at our fingertips that can help create a calming space in our minds. Art is not merely paints and canvas, but a combination of creative outflow onto media made up of our inner most feelings. These feelings combined with our art creations tell the story of who we are and the journeys we have been on and continue to drive through. Creating a good mental balance is something that is learned through trial and error, finding out what outlet works for you. When you find it, it will be yours forever. Trust the process. Not every item that’s called “art” has to be a painting, drawing, sculpture, or photograph. It can be a poem, glass blowing, wood carving, or needlepoint. It can be ANYTHING that we have created. We decide what art is in our minds and in our hearts. This blog is dedicated to helping people find their outlet, find their creative mind and let it be free. Life can be frenzied and hectic. I want to be able to help others like me to create balance in their minds while bringing beauty into this world through art.
